  博士生导师,博士,陕西省“三五”人才,国家现代苹果产业技术体系岗位专家,西北农林科技大学苹果研究中心主任,陕西省苹果工程技术研究中心主任,西北农林科技大学白水苹果试验站首席专家。主要从事苹果遗传改良、新品种培育与种质创新研究。

  2.主要研究领域 Main Research Fields & Contents

  以中国西北黄土高原为基石,紧密结合苹果生产,探索与创新苹果产业理论与技术的重大问题,主要包括4个研究方向:

  ① 苹果遗传改良、新品种培育与种质创新;

  ② 苹果优异砧木资源搜集、评价与利用;

  ③ 旱地苹果优质高效栽培理论与技术;

  ④ 苹果品质形成机理与质量安全控制;

  At present, main research fields of the scientific research innovation team include:

  ① Genetic improvements, breeding and germplasm innovation in apple;

  ② Collection, evaluation and utilization of good apple rootstock;

  ③ High yielding, excellent quality and high benefit cultivation theory and technique for apple orchard in dryland;

  ④ Mechanism of quality formation and scientific quality safety controlling system;

  4.主要研究成果Academic achievements

  团队多年来,一直致力于苹果的理论与生产技术研究,以及苹果产业化的试验与推广,建立了苹果品种资源圃10余亩,收集、保存品种资源200余份;建立砧木资源圃6亩,收集国内外苹果实生及矮化砧木资源100余份。开展了大规模的苹果杂交育种工作,获得杂交实生苗8万余株。建立有杂交优系初选圃、复选圃和决选圃100余亩,目前复选优系82个,决选优系8个,审定品种7个,秦阳、瑞阳、瑞雪等优良苹果品种,已在生产上大面积推广。

  经过多年探索,初步形成了中国苹果现代高效育种理论技术体系。根据主要育种目标,确定核心亲本和骨干亲本,按照“少组合、大群体”的基本思路,建立杂交后代群体,利用主要农艺性状相关性分析和分子标记辅助育种技术进行早期预先选择,利用矮化砧嫁接初选单株,结果后进行果实经济性状选择。

  团队已经在国内外发表学术论文200多篇,其中SCI论文15篇,出版著作5部。2007年度获陕西省科学技术一等奖1项“无公害苹果生产关键技术研究与示范”。2012年获陕西省农业推广一等奖1项“苹果提质增效关键技术示范与推广”,获国家授权发明专利8项。

  Prof. Zhao and his the scientific research innovation group have committed to establishing sustainable development of the apple industry in the Northwest Loess Plateau by breeding, improved varieties, rootstocks screening, improve quality, and extension of high efficient cultivation techniques. Collect apple cultivars from all over China and world, build more than 10 mu of orchard of apple germplasm resource which includes 200 cultivars. And on this basis they have obtained 82 trees of good strains by multiple selected plus from 8 ten thousands of crossed seedling in hundred mu of breeding nursery. It will be select 8 new varieties from among them.

  They have published in total more than 200 academic papers including more than 15 SCI papers. They got one “First prize of Shaanxi province scientific and technological progress in research and demonstration of key technique for no-harmful apple production ” in 2007, and one “First prize of Shaanxi province agriculture extension in the demonstration and expansion of key technique for improve the quality and increase and economical benefit in apple" in 2012. In addition, they have awarded eight items of national patents.

          

 

      

   

        

  

 


  5.团队主要成员 Team members

  团队由来自园艺学院、资源与环境学院等单位科教人员组成,依托国家重点学科果树学、旱区作物逆境生物学国家重点实验室和农业部西北地区园艺作物生物学与种质创制重点实验室,西北农林科技大学白水苹果试验站及甘肃庆城苹果试验站开展工作,形成了教授、副教授、讲师和研究生为主的结构合理的创新研究队伍。

  Team members from College of horticulture and College of Resource and Environment. We conduct the research supported by the key national discipline in Pomology, State key laboratory of crop stress biology for arid areas and Key Laboratory of Horticultural Plant Biology and Germplasm Innovation in Northwest China, Ministry of Agriculture, Shaaxi Baishui Apple Experimental Station and Gansu Qingcheng Apple Experimental Station. The research member includes Professor, Associate Professor, Young Lecturers and Graduate students.


  梅立新 研究员

  园艺学院,硕士研究生导师,国家苹果体系渭南综合试验站站长,主要研究苹果优异砧木资源搜集、评价与利用。
