  博士生导师,陕西省蔬菜产业技术体系品种选育岗位科学家,主要从事大白菜遗传改良、生物技术与新品种选育研究。

  2.主要研究领域 Main Research Fields & Contents

  (1)十字花科蔬菜种质资源改良与育种:进行特异种质资源创新,研究选育优质多抗丰产、耐抽薹的普通大白菜、橙色大白菜和紫心大白菜,耐贮运甘蓝,优质萝卜等新品种;

  (2)生物技术:开展重要性状分子标记筛选与应用,重要基因克隆与功能验证,小孢子培养、子叶真叶离体再生,转基因等研究;

  (3)种质资源改良与评价:进行大白菜、甘蓝主要病害病原菌生物学特性、抗病性鉴定,抗逆性、耐抽薹性鉴定与评价;

  (4)次生代谢物调控:重点进行大白菜类胡萝卜素、花青素、黄酮的次生代谢物表达与调控研究;

  (5)雄性不育育种技术研究:重点开展大白菜、甘蓝、萝卜细胞质雄性不育遗传规律、分子标记、基因克隆,不育机理等研究;

  (6)蔬菜发育生物学;进行大白菜叶球形成、裂叶性状以及萝卜败蕾机理研究。

  1)Cruciferous vegetables germplasm improvement and breeding:specific germplasm resources innovation, and the selective breeding of the ordinary, orange and purple headng Chinese cabbage, cabbage and radish, which have high quality and yield, multi-resistance, bolting resistance, long storage and transportation;

  2)Vegetables biotechnology: the selection and application of molecular markers of important trait, the important gene cloning and function verification, the microspore culture, in vitro regeneration of cotyledon and leave, transgenic research;

  3)Germplasm improvement and evaluation: the identification and evaluation of biological characteristicsof main disease pathogen,disease and stress resistance and bolting tolerance in Chinese cabbage and cabbage;

  4)Secondary metabolites regulation: the gene expression and regulation of secondary metabolites of carotenoids, anthocyanins and flavonoids in Chinese cabbage;

  5)Male sterility breeding technology: the genetic mechanism of cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS), molecular marker, gene cloning and sterility mechanism in Chinese cabbage, cabbage and radish;

  6)Vegetables developmental biology: the mechanisms of head formation and lobed leaf of  Chinese cabbage and radish aborted bud.

  4.主要研究成果Academic achievements

  团队一直从事十字花科蔬菜资源创新、生物技术、新品种选育和无公害生产等研究。创制优异种质资源,创新育种技术和方法;育成审(鉴)定大白菜品种21个,其中国审(鉴)大白菜品种10个,橙色大白菜新品种2个,春大白菜新品种2个;育成审(鉴)定甘蓝品种17个,其中国审(鉴)甘蓝品种8个;育成审(鉴)定萝卜品种5个;获得植物新品种保护权3个;获得授权发明专利21个。获得科技奖励成果20项,其中“优质、多抗、丰产秦白系列大白菜品种的选育及推广”获国家科技进步二等奖,“大白菜异源胞质雄性不育系选育技术”获国家发明三等奖,获得陕西省科技进步一等奖2项,陕西省科技进步二等奖6项等,陕西省人民政府农业科技推广一等奖2项。发表论文200多篇,其中SCI论文30多篇。

  Our group has been engaged in cruciferous vegetables resources innovation, biotechnology, new varieties breeding and green production.The excellent germplasm resources, innovative breeding techniques and methods were created.We have bred 21 Chinese cabbage varieties including 10 varieties with award national certification, 2 orange varieties and 2 spring varieties,17 cabbagevarieties including 8varieties withaward national certification,and 5 radish varieties. We have awarded 21 items of national invention patents and 3new plant varietycertification for protection. We have got 20 Science and technology awards, including the national scientific and technological progress second prize“breeding and extension application of Qin Bai series of Chinese cabbagewith high quality and yieldand multi-resistance”,the third prize of national invention "breeding technologyof Chinese cabbage heterologous cytoplasmic male sterile lines ", 2 first prizeand 6 second prizeof Shaanxi provincescientific and technological progress, and 1 first prizein Shaanxi provincial scientific and technological extension.We have published in total over 200 academic papers including more than 30 SCI papers.

  

  

  

  


  5.团队主要成员 Team members

  团队由来自园艺学院7位科教人员组成,依托旱区作物逆境生物学国家重点实验室和农业部西北地区园艺作物生物学与种质创制重点实验室开展工作,形成了教授、副教授、讲师和研究生为主的结构合理的创新研究队伍。

  Research group includes 7 faculties and staffs from College of Horticulture.We conduct the research supported by the State key laboratory of crop stress biology for arid areas and KeyLaboratory of Horticultural Plant Biology and Germplasm Innovation inNorthwest China, Ministry of Agriculture. The research team includes Professor, Associate Professor, YoungLecturersandGraduatestudents.


  张恩慧教授

  园艺学院,硕士生导师,国家甘蓝育种技术研究和品种选育攻关组成员,西北地区甘蓝育种首席专家,国家蔬菜产业技术体系西安试验站育种岗位专家,主要从事甘蓝育种资源研究和新品种选育、育种技术和方法、生物技术、细胞工程和分子标记研究。

  M.Agr. Enhui Zhang, Professor of College of Horticulture,member of China cabbage breeding and technique, Chief expert on cabbage breeding to Northwestof China, andbreedingexpert of xi’anteststation of "NationalVegetable Industry Technology System".

  Research Description: Germplasm resource genetic improvement and new variety breeding,geneticbreeding technique and method, biotechnology, cell engineering, molecular markers to special traits in Cabbage.

  园艺学院,硕士生导师,农业部大宗蔬菜产业技术体系西安综合试验站站长,西安市科技特派员,主要从事大白菜、萝卜、青梗菜、菜心等蔬菜作物遗传育种。

  M.Agr.Limin Zhao, Professor of College of Horticulture,head of Xi’an comprehensive test station for staple vegetable of Ministry of Agriculture of China, scientific special commissioner for government of Xi’an city.

  惠麦侠副教授

  园艺学院,博士,硕士生导师,主要从事白菜类蔬菜新种质创制、遗传育种及生物技术遗传改良等方面的工作。近几年着重于白菜叶形、病害分子标记辅助育种、白菜重要农艺性状的基因定位、克隆及功能分析、芸薹属种间远缘杂交异附加系创制与鉴定等研究。

  Dr.MaixiaHui, Associate Professor of College of Horticulture.

  Research Description: Germplasm resource genetic improvement and new variety breeding, genetic breeding technique and method, biotechnology.In recent years, focusing on the development of leaf morphology, molecular marker to diseases of Chinese cabbage and mapping, cloning and functional analysisofgene for other important agronomic traits, alien addition line created by distant hybridization and evaluation, etc.

  园艺学院,博士,硕士生导师,主要从事白菜种质资源与遗传育种、生物技术等方面研究。近年来着重于白菜种子胎萌、雄性不育转育与利用等研究。

  Dr.Mingke Zhang, Associate Professor of College of Horticulture.

  Research Description: Germplasm resource genetic improvement,new variety breedingandbiotechnology in Chinese cabbage.Recently, he foucus on seed vivipary, male sterile transformation and application in Chinese cabbage.

  


  许忠民副研究员

  园艺学院,博士,硕士生导师,西北农林科技大学阎良蔬菜试验示范站首席专家,主要从事甘蓝种质资源与遗传育种研究工作。近年来着重于甘蓝抗病遗传育种、单倍体育种、雄性不育选育与利用和遗传机制等方面研究。

  Dr.ZhongminXu, Associate Professor of College of Horticulture,chief expert of test and demonstration station of NWSUAF in Yanliang, Shaanxi.

  Research Description: Cabbagegermplasm resource genetic improvement and new variety breeding.Recently, he foucus on disease-resistant genetic breeding,haploid breeding, male sterile application and genetic mechanism in cabbage.
