1.基本信息

田树娟,女,河南省鹤壁市人,武汉大学博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2018年6加入园艺学院蔬菜系“瓜类作物种质资源与遗传改良”团队。担任教育部“旱区园艺作物抗逆与品质改良生物育种”高等学校学科创新引智基地(国家111计划)核心骨干和秘书,陕西省“旱区蔬菜作物抗逆优质生物育种”学科创新引智基地(陕西省111基地)核心骨干和基地联系人,西北农林科技大学“蒲城西瓜试验示范基地”岗位专家,“瓜类作物种质资源与遗传改良”校级优秀导师团队核心骨干。兼任《Plant, Cell & Environment》、《Journal of Experimental Botany》等国际权威学术期刊审稿人。

主持包括国家级项目2项、省部级重点研发1项、省级面上项目1项等在内的科研项目10项。在 Nature Plants 、 PNAS 、 Plant, Cell & Environment 等国内外权威期刊发表论文30余篇。其中,以第一或通讯作者 New Phytologist 、 Journal of Experimental Botany 、 Horticulture Research 、 the Crop Journal 、 Horticultural Plant Journal 等国内外权威期刊发表论文11篇,包括中科院一区Top论文5篇,获批国家发明专利3件,选育西瓜优质特色新品种1个。

2.教学工作

主要承担本科生《园艺植物组织培养》、《园艺植物栽培学总论》、《有机园艺》、《食用菌栽培学》及研究生《园艺植物基因组学》等课程。

3.研究方向

聚焦西瓜高效分子育种研究,内容主要包括:(1)西瓜早期果实胎座发育的分子调控机制解析;(2)西瓜易位无/少籽机理研究;(3)西瓜高效基因编辑技术研发及特色新种制创制应用等。
