1. 基本信息
刘汉强,男,博士,1988年2月生,陕西延安人。西北农林科技大学园艺学院,硕士生导师。主要从事黄瓜分子遗传学、基因组学及黄瓜育种,具体通过正向遗传学和基因组学图位克隆黄瓜主要农艺性状(抗病、皮色、果肉颜色、果实形状等),并通过转基因(基因编辑、超表达、RNAi)、基因互作等反向遗传学手段研究基因功能,解析黄瓜主要农艺性状形成的分子机理,开发抗病等相关分子标记辅助选择育种的技术体系,培育鲜食与加工型黄瓜。

(3)黄瓜及甜瓜果形、果色、株形和抗逆等重要农艺性状基因图位克隆与功能分析;
(4)大蒜鳞茎形成的分子机理研究;
