博士生导师,陕西省三五人才,享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。主要从事蔬菜生理生态与生物技术研究。

Professor of College of Horticulture, Northwest A&F University, Talents of Shaanxi Province,expert entitled the special subsidy of the State Council, whose research mainly focus on physiology, ecology and biotechnology of vegetablecrops.

4.主要研究成果Academic achievements

先后系统地进行了大蒜二次生长生理生态研究,探讨了大蒜二次生长的生理机制;在此基础上,进行了一系列蔬菜新品种配套技术研究集成与一体化示范研究、西部地区的韭菜、大白菜和线辣椒无公害生产关键技术研究与示范;对大蒜生长发育及春化特性进行了深入研究,并探索了其生理及分子机制;进行了大蒜多倍体及抗病突变体的突变体诱导,并获得了新种质;对黄瓜果实发育过程的醛类香气成分变化规律进行了研究,建立了基因表达、酶活性、醛类产物之间的关系,探索了脂氧合酶基因脂氢过氧化物裂解酶基因在黄瓜醛类香气中的分子机制;对黄瓜谷氧还蛋白基因家族成员在黄瓜花性别分化及腐生型病原菌侵染过程中的分子机制;研究了黄瓜嫁接对根结线虫病害的缓解效应及机理;对黄瓜重要的农艺性状基因进行了挖掘和功能分析;研究了黄瓜对霉病抗性的分子机制;创制了绿色油皮及特色白皮等黄瓜新品种。分别获得2004年、2006年、2009年陕西省科学技术二等奖各一项,获得国家发明专利4项,创制黄瓜品种4个。

The physiology and ecology of garlic second growth and it's mechanism were probed and the demonstration and integration of matching technology of new cultivars; The key technology research and demonstration of Chinese chive, Chinese Cabbage and  line pepper pollution-free production in western area were systematically evaluated, and the vernalization characteristics of garlic and it's growth and development were also probed; Garlic germplasm resources were collected and polyploid and high disease resistance germplasms were innovated through somaclonal mutant selection. Changes in volatile content of cucumber fruits as well as associated gene expression and enzyme activity in developing cucumber fruits were investigated; The molecular mechanism of lipoxygenas and hydroperoxidelyase which involved in the synthesis of aldehydes; The members of glutaredoxins which involved in the flower sex differentiation and defense mechanism to necrotrophic fungus; The alleviation effects and mechanismof grafting to root-knot nematode of cucumber were studied; The genes underlying important phenotypes of cucumber were identified  and validated; Interaction molecular mechanism between cucumber and Pseudoperonospora cubensis were explored.

We have published in total more than 200 academic papers including more than 40 SCI papers. We got 3 “Second prize of Shaanxi province Scientific and technological progress in 2004, 2006, 2009 respectively. We have awarded 4 national patents and 2 new cultivars were approved.

    

5.团队主要成员 Team members

团队由来自园艺学院蔬菜系6位科教人员组成,依托陕西省重点学科蔬菜学和农业部西北地区园艺作物生物学与种质创制重点实验室及园艺学院蔬菜生理与生物技术实验室开展工作,形成了教授、副教授、研究生为主的结构合理的创新研究队伍。

There are 6 faculties in our research group.The research aresupported by the key discipline in vegetable in Shaanxi, KeyLaboratory of Horticultural Plant Biology and Germplasm Innovation inNorthwest China, Ministry of Agriculture and the lab of our research group. There are Professors, Associate Professors, and Graduatestudents in our research group.
