报告题目：Transcription Regulation of Hormone-directed Defense and Development in Tomato

内容提要：Transcription factor-directed transcriptional reprogramming is critical for diverse developmental and defense responses in plants. I will give a talk about how MYC2, the master regulator of the jasmonate (JA) signaling, activates and attenuates JA-mediated defense response in tomato. Furthermore, I will present some data in favor of two hormone-directed transcriptional feedback loops for apical hook development. Finally, molecular breeding of tomato will be discussed briefly.
报告人简介：杜敏敏，博士，2012年在东北农业大学园艺学院获农学博士学位，2012-2015年在中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所从事博士后研究工作，2015-2017年在北京市农林科学院蔬菜研究中心工作，2017年至今在美国明尼苏达大学双城分校植物与微生物学系从事博士后研究。杜敏敏博士长期致力于番茄转录调控与分子育种方面的研究，目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和国家重点研发计划子课题各1项。近五年以第一作者在《Plant Cell》发表研究性学术论文3篇；在《Annual Review of Plant Biology》、《园艺学报》和《遗传》等杂志发表综述或评述性论文3篇；获得国家发明专利2项；参与培育番茄新品种6个。
